DRESS REHEARSAL This event is a Dress Rehearsal for the Golden Age of Baroque concert series with trumpeter Travis Heath and Camerata Chicago conducted by Maestro Drostan Hall. Witness the Maestro putting the finishing touches on the performance repertoire and meet Maestro Hall at the break.
Event Schedule
- 9:30 - 9:50 Arrive with greeting by Camerata Chicago Ladies Guild representative, then front and center seating
- 10:00 rehearsal begins
- 11:20 - 11:45 (approximate) orchestra break. Your own break can be extended as needed to allow an enjoyable break. Guests who would like to stay for the remainder of rehearsal will be guided back into the rehearsal quietly at a convenient time.
- 13:00 rehearsal ends
General Information
- The rehearsal will start promptly with a complete run of the concert program, so please arrive on time.
- Camerata Chicago will provide coffee, tea and water in the Fireside room.
- You can meet meet and mingle with the musicians at the break.
- There will be a short greeting by Maestro Hall.
- Guests can stay for the full duration of the rehearsal (10 a.m. - 1 p.m. including a break at 11:20 a.m.)
- You may also leave after the break if desired.
- Downtown Wheaton is lovely and nearby, you could go for a stroll or eat a snack in town during the break, and then return.
